Storm Cancellation Policy
We make every effort to hold a class, but sometimes Mother Nature Rules.
Please call the studio 1 hour prior to the start of class.
We will leave a special message if we cancel class. (if there is no special message, this means class will be held at its regular time) Please be aware that if you call and receive a busy signal, this does not necessarily mean that we are here. Another client may be listening to the message on the machine, so please try again.
If class is cancelled, a make-up class will then be offered.
Make up classes will be offered at a time to accomodate as many as possible. If you are unable to attend the scheduled makeup class we will do our best to get you into a different class for a makeup. As we have no control over Maine weather, credits toward the next session are not offered.
