A Ride to Benefit Safe Routes to School
Body Symmetry invites you to join us
Saturday April 26th 8-11am
for a benefit Spinning Class!
Kids, Fitness, Cycling, Safety...It's a win win!
The challenge is on! Whether you've been spinning regularly this winter, or just beginning-there is still time to train for this fundraising event. Join Ginny, Sheryl & Martha as each instructor will take the stage for an hour each. The terrain has been carefully chosen with "rest stops" along the way. Enjoy 15 minutes of relaxation and stretching at the very end of the ride.
