PILATES FOR ATHLETES: Saturdays 9am starting Feb 11 - 5 week session - Cost: $115
For the Golfers, Skiers, Cyclists....and the athlete wanna be.....this is the class for you!
Focus will be balance, core stability, and challenging those left and right sides for the body to work and feel more balanced. Pilates experience is necessary- there is time for a private session to get you oriented if you don't yet have that experience.

STRENGTH CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:
AM Workout Express: (all levels) Wake up and start your day full of energy! This class will offer a variety of techniques to burn calories, improve strength, core stability and balance. 8 weeks, twice per week: $185
Extreme Circuit: (all levels) a kick butt class full of energy and fun. This is a full body workout not to be missed. Class size is limited. 8 weeks, twice per week;
Group Strength: (all levels) A fun way to incorporate strength training into your fitness routine. We will work all the major muscle groups in the 55 minutes- includes warm up, and stretching at the end for a total body challenge. 8 weeks, twice per week: $185
Flex N Stretch: (all levels) Flex some muscle, challenge your core and end with some great stretching to complete the workout. 8 weeks, twice per week: $185
PILATES MAT CLASSES:
(we provide the mats and all the props needed for classes- no need to carry anything!)
Pilates Mat + small apparatus: (level 2/3) This class incorporates arc barrels, toning balls, or circles to totally shape your body from the inside out. 8 weeks, once per week: $105
PILATES REFORMER CLASSES: (Class size is limited to 5).
Pilates BEGINNER Reformer: (level 1) We focus on the foundational principles of pilates and introduce the most popular of pilates equipment: the reformer. The pace is slow to moderate, yet challenging and will strengthen the core while providing a total body workout. This class (or private sessions)is needed before proceeding to level 2. PLEASE NOTE: This is not a drop in class as it is a progressive type class- each week builds upon the previous. Maximal benefit is achieved when the client commits to the full series. 8 weeks, once per week: $165
Pilates Reformer: (level 2) For those with a minimum 6 weeks experience of Reformer, a progressive class working towards the full level 2 repertoire. Usually 6-12 months at level 2 is needed before progressing to level 3. 8 weeks, once per week: $165
Pilates Reformer : (level 3): Ready for more challenge? Our instructor will take you through a dynamic, full-body workout that focuses on improving flexibility and core strength, building upon the foundation you've developed at levels 1 and 2. Usually 6-12 months at level 2 is needed prior to advancing to this level. 8 weeks, once per week: $165
Power Reformer: (level 2/3): Get ready to work hard as we power through an intense mix of exercises combined with athletic conditioning to challenge the whole body. 8 weeks, once per week: $165
PILATES CIRCUIT CLASSES: (Class size is limited to 5).
Pilates Circuit : (level 2):The best of the best! We combine the best of the mat exercises with the best of the reformer and the best of the stability chair. No chair experience is necessary, however reformer experience at level 1 is needed. If you like variety, this is it! 8 weeks, once per week: $175
Pilates Circuit : (level 3):We continue to build upon the strength and stability gained from levels 1 and 2 adding challenge and variety. 8 weeks, once per week: $175
PRIVATE TRAINING:
Private sessions are also available for both pilates and strength training, and a great compliment to group training. We can customize a program for you to help you meet your goals, or work with you to polish your form for the group classes. Prices range from $60-$75 depending upon who you work with and how many sessions you purchase. Contact us for questions.
